Neil brings along over 32 years of consulting engineering experience to his role as the Sector Lead of Quasar’s Tenant Fit-up & Small Projects Group.  Neil will assume the overall responsibility for and manage our mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications / ICAT services for commercial, retail, restaurant fit-outs, base building system upgrades, replacements, studies, and investigations. 

Prior to joining Quasar, Neil spent over 30 years with a national multi-disciplinary consulting engineering firm, as the Manager of Commercial & Tenant division.

Despite his focus on Commercial and Tenant Fit-out projects, Neil’s experience is varied, and over the years, he has also led numerous projects in Commercial, Retail, Food Industry, Institutional/Historical, Airports, Transit and Transportation, Nuclear, Residential (High-Rise), Hospitality, Places of Worship, Healthcare, Justice, Correctional Facilities, Parking Garage, Educational, and Industrial areas of practice.  

He has successfully serviced Clients including several leading local, national, and international architecture and interior design firms, Oxford Properties, Oxford Urban Retail, Manulife Real Estate, LCBO, Rogers, Bell, City of Toronto, York Region, Statistics Canada,  TTC, Metrolinx, MTO, REGUS, Trillium Health Centre, Maple Leaf Foods, Enbridge, PWGSC, Costco, GWLRA, GTAA, Quito International Airport, Mandalay International Airport, Pickering Nuclear, Bruce Nuclear, AECL, Metro Toronto Housing Authority, Four Seasons, J.W. Marriott, Westin, among others.

His proven track record of delivering successful projects, with highest levels of attention to Quality, Service, Accountability and Relationships, both locally and nationally, will solidify Quasar’s ability to develop and maintain long-term, first-to-call relationships based on trust and reliable service delivery.
