56-60 Fieldway Road Residential Development

56-60 Fieldway Road, just south of the new Civic Centre area of Etobicoke and positioned between Islington and Kipling TTC stations, is a large development seeking to create a new neighbourhood that creates a sense of community.  

This project includes multiple mixed-used condominium buildings with a variety of amenities and more than 36,000 sq.ft. of public park and outdoor space.

The site is organized to create a strong visual identity, with four residential towers in decreasing height set back from Fieldway Road. This includes high-rise towers of 23, 34 and 42 storeys, and a 12-storey mid-rise. Approximately 1,300 units are planned to be spread across the four buildings with a mix of studio, 1, 2- and 3-bedroom units. It will also include 8,000 sq.ft. of ground floor retail and 7,000 sq.ft. of childcare/daycare space.
